Shipping Info:

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the destination of the package. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page before you submit the order.

Currently, PetSaver is offering FREE shipping on orders over $49.99

Depending on what is ordered and where the order is being delivered, different shipping methods will be available.

  • UPS Ground

  • US Postal Service Priority Mail

  • Expedited shipping options are available - please read on

Sales tax and shipping are calculated during checkout so you know your total cost before submitting your order.

PetSaver ships packages to the 50 states of the United States of America ONLY.

Delivery Rates and Times

Shipping your package quickly and securely is very important to PetSaver. Many orders ship within the same day if ordered before 3:30 PM Eastern time.

Depending on the package size and destination,

PetSaver will utilize either UPS or the United States Postal Service to deliver packages.

  • Continental United States
    • UPS Ground packages are delivered in 1-6 business days.
    • United States Postal Service packages are delivered in 2-3 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii
    • UPS Ground Packages are delivered in 4-6 business days.
    • United States Postal Service packages are delivered in 2-3 business days

*Deliveries to Alaska/Hawaii may require additional shipping fees that will be displayed in the checkout. Some items are unable to be shipped to Alaska/Hawaii due to excessive shipping fees.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. Most orders ship within 1-2 days and may ship the same day if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:30 PM Eastern time. If your order will not ship within 5 days of placement, you will be notified of the delay.

Items out of stock or items that have been discontinued by our supplier will take additional time to process. For order status and updates, please call 585-434-5548 Monday-Friday from 9AM - 4PM (Eastern Time Zone).

Easily track your order as soon as it is placed.

  • Email - At checkout, you are required to enter an email address so that you can receive the updated status of your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that declares your order has been processed. This means that your order has been successfully received by and your payment was accepted.
