IN STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:

Our policy is: “All of our food and treats come with a 30 day money-back guarantee.  The item must be in its original package, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.  If you do not have your original receipt, we can print one as long as you gave a phone number with the original transaction. Dry goods can also be returned for a full refund if within 30 days. These must be in their original packaging AND in new condition. All other items, dry product beyond 30 days will be at the discretion of management based on individual manufacturer’s restrictions.  Dog chews and toys do not come with a guarantee unless otherwise stated on the product”

PetSaver Locations accept online returns! Please bring your invoice that was included in the package.

PetSaver offers a 30-Day Full Money Back Guarantee.

    • If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase for any reason, please return in store within 30 days (from the date when you received your purchase)
    • All product returns must be in original condition, including packaging.  
  • Unfortunately shipping charges cannot be refunded.

 


Wait help i lost my receipt(s)!

If you give us your phone number at check out  we have all your receipts on file. we can print these at any time for you. for bulk receipts/Frequent buyer clubs etc. its always a good idea to give us a quick call for a heads up.
